• In all of our suites, additional guest space is available for groups of 3. Please call for details and additional person pricing.
• Midweek rate for non-premium and non-foliage periods (Mon thru Thurs nights): $165.00 per night, double occupancy

"Your Own Inn"

Gather your group together for a Fantastic Vermont Getaway, any time of the year! The Williams River House is the perfect "home away from home" for you and your friends and family. When you reserve the whole house you get to enjoy your own private tavern, hot tub, home theater and all of our other wonderful amenities.

• Spring: Soaking in the hot tub, enjoying afternoon cocktails by the fire, enjoying a tour of a local maple sugar house

• Summer: B-B-Q’s and badmitton, singing by the camp fire, touring the Connecticut River on our pontoon boat, the "Eleanor B"

• Fall: Beautiful leaf peeking on our 45 acres, rides in the Model T, hot cider by the fire

• Winter: Snow shoeing the fields, sunning in the greenhouse, a movie on the "big screen"

Generally, we can accommodate groups of up to 9 adults.

Reservations and Policies
We accept Visa, Master Card, checks and cash.
50% deposit is required.
2-night minimum is required for weekend stays
3-night minimum for holiday weekends

Cancellation Policy
A 14 day notice will provide you a full refund minus a $30.00 processing fee. Any cancellation less than 14 days prior to stay will be charged for the days reserved. We will try to fill the rooms and if successful you will be refunded less process fee, but only if all days reserved are filled.
